Step 5
Insert wheel axle into one axle cap,
then insert a wheel and wheel
washer onto the axle (with flat side
of wheel facing out toward axle
cap). Slide axle assembly through
holes in right side legs. Place
second wheel washer and wheel on
axle (with flat side facing out toward
axle cap) and push second axle cap
into place.
Note: With the help of a friend, turn
the cart to its upright position.
Try to minimize the stress to
the legs.
Step 6
Attach the rear support/tank heat
shield to the rear legs of the cart
frame assembly by using two
#8 self-tapping screws. Place the
tank heat shield on top of front
panel.
Step 7
Attach tank holder onto cart base by
using three plastic rivets.
